Recipe: Peach and Basil Slushie

 

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
3 cups peach
3 cups water
6 fresh basil leaves, use hands to lightly bend to release aroma
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons sugar


Steps:
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the slush machine vessel.
Select “SLUSH.” The preset will start at the default/optimal temperature, which is excellent for the best texture.
If you prefer, you can adjust the temperature.
When the frozen drink attains the desired temperature, the machine will beep once and the display will read "COOL".
Serve immediately and enjoy.
