Recipe: Emerald Fizz Slus

Ingredients:
✔️ 1¼ cups (10 fl oz) white rum 🍹
✔️ 2⅔ cups (14 oz) fresh kiwi 🥝
✔️ ¼ cup (2.4 fl oz) simple syrup 🍯
✔️ 4¼ cups (34 fl oz) soda water 🥤

Steps:
1️⃣ Prepare your ingredients – Gather white rum, fresh kiwis, simple syrup, and soda water.
2️⃣ Make the kiwi purée: Add kiwi and ½ cup (4 fl oz) soda water to a blender or juicer and blend until smooth.
3️⃣ Mix it up – In a slush machine, combine 1¼ cups white rum, 1¼ cups kiwi purée, ¼ cup simple syrup, and 3¾ cups (30 fl oz) soda water.
4️⃣ Freeze & blend – Select the SPIKED SLUSH mode on your slush machine and let it create the perfect frozen texture.
5️⃣ Serve with extra kiwi juice – Pour some fresh kiwi purée over the top of the slush for an extra fruity kick.
