Recipe: Blueberry Oatmeal Slushie

Ingredients (Serves 1-2)

  • 10 oz blueberries (~280g)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1½ cups milk or almond milk
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Steps
1️⃣ Prepare the ingredients – measure all ingredients and set aside.

2️⃣ Blend the base – Combine the blueberries, oats, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and cinnamon. Blend for 30 seconds until well combined but not completely smooth.

3️⃣ Pour into a slushie machine – pour the blended mixture into a slushie machine.

4️⃣ Make the slushie – start the machine and let it run until the liquid has the texture of a slushie (approximately 30-40 min).

5️⃣ Enjoy – Pour into 2 glasses, garnish with fresh blueberries or a sprinkle of oats, and enjoy this nutritious, fiber-rich slushie!
